Leading the team at Provost is Rikki Hughes, head chef. Rikki joins us from 263, a fine dining restaurant in Preston, UK. He has played a significant role in shaping the restaurant’s menu and culinary offerings. His passion for food and dedication to his craft have earned him accolades, including being part of the team that helped 263 gain its third award. Rikki’s journey into the culinary world began unexpectedly, but his talent and commitment have made him a respected figure in the industry
