You will snuggle into our bespoke bedlinen, a 400 thread count luxury cotton, as you enjoy a great night’s sleep on our 1400 pocket sprung mattresses, filled with natural cashmere and silk, all from our Suffolk manufacturer.
Your in-room entertainment is provided by our large plasmas screen Samsung TV’s (4k Full HD) loaded with the full sky package including movies and sports channels.
And whilst you relax enjoying a read or your favorite movie, you may be wearing our complimentary robes and slippers, or enjoying the best ‘cuppa’ from your in-room tea supplied by our specialist sustainable tea-growing partners PMD Teas. If it’s ‘coffee time’ you have Artisan Coffee bags designed by Michelin star chef’s so you can instantly create the coffee of your choice.
And yes, there’s more…. You will be secure knowing your valuables are in our 15” Laptop safes and you can chill your own drinks in our inbuilt mini fridges.
Oh, and for your comfort all our bedrooms are individually air conditioned giving you complete control over your environment at all times.

A golden stay away.
Thoughtfully named after Ms Allday who ran the Haycock during the Second World War and converted the grounds into an airstrip to aid the war effort, our Junior Suite is elegant in design. It features an original stone wall, wooden beams and an impressive golden bathroom.
The best view in town
Located on the second floor of the main house, our Braithwaite Suite has double aspect views of the village and the Wansford Bridge. With sloped ceilings and a large bathroom, this room was named after the publisher of “Barnaby’s Travels” which detailed our iconic figure floating down the River Nene to this scenic village
Privacy and grandeur.
This mezzanine levelled Suite has separate living and sleeping areas to really make you feel at home. Accessed from our beautiful courtyard and located above the old coaching stables, The Cavendish Suite is named after the 3rd Baron Lord Chesham who took the Haycock as his private residence in 1898 and was an avid horse rider.
A suite fit for royalty.
With antique furnishings, original stone walls and a copper rolltop bath, this Suite has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing stay away and soak up the history. Lovingly named after the soon to be crowned Queen Victoria who lodged at the Haycock in 1834.
The epitome of romance.
This spacious Suite along with its elegant bathroom is one to remember. With large sash windows giving you an abundance of natural light, this suite has village views and so named after the infamous socialite and heiress to Cunard Shipping who lived here at Haycock Manor in the early 1900s and was often spotted in the village.
Our Classic bedrooms begin your Haycock Manor journey in our Garden Wing. All have King Size beds, thoughtful lighting schemes and furniture in opulent American walnut. Bathrooms have underfloor heating and feature huge ‘walk-in’ luxury monsoon showers with the latest bathroom fitments. We are proud to be associated with the luxury brand of toiletries ‘ Noble Isle all vegan friendly.

These rooms offer all of the experience of our Classic Double but the Garden Classic also provides the extra feature of a furnished patio. Here you can eat, chill, enjoy the weather whilst you view the landscaped garden and have direct access to our walled kitchen garden area. Your dog is very welcome too for a small extra charge.
