The Haycock Manor Hotel is a stunning 16th Century Coaching Inn located in the picturesque village of Wansford which is nestled within the heart of the Cambridgeshire countryside. The hotel is steeped in history including many of its original features and is surrounded by 12 acres of grounds and beautifully manicured gardens where the River Nene flows peacefully through, perfect for your professional wedding photographs.

We only host one wedding at a time, meaning that you and your guests have our undivided attention throughout your special day. Our Manor Suite, licensed for Civil Wedding ceremonies, is abundant in light with its own courtyard and comfortably seats up to 80 guests and can be extended further if required. Our iconic Haycock Ballroom with its soaring oak beams, ornate fireplace, private entrance and bar can accommodate up to 250 seated guests, it’s the perfect suite for the most extravagant of wedding breakfasts.

The Manor Suite is ideal for ceremonies, with the ability to extend further to accommodate 150 guests. With its quaint courtyard filling the suite with an abundance of natural daylight and soaring exposed oak beams, the Manor Suite is the perfect place to say ‘I do’.

Classy Reception & Wedding Breakfast

Adjacent to the Manor Suite, the Haycock Ballroom is our exclusive wedding suite, with its own private entrance, modern bar, and toilet facilities. The Haycock Ballroom itself is complete with exposed oak beams, an ornate fireplace, sumptuous furnishings, and patio doors that reveal our walled garden perfect for you and your wedding guests to relax within. The iconic Haycock Ballroom can host the most extravagant of occasions for weddings up to 250 day-guests.

Lee Clarke our Michelin recognised Executive Head Chef has created bespoke wedding breakfast menus which have been written with flair and paired with wine to enhance the dining experience for you and your guests. Lee and his award-winning team are passionate about their food in every sense, which is why we use only the finest seasonal ingredients fresh from our kitchen garden and quality produce when preparing your wedding breakfast.
